Equipment: photography

This post is a first of a series, where I will talk about the equipment I use for my different hobbies. I will not do real reviews, but just 2-3 words about why I use it and am I happy with it…

Canon EOS 600D - Rebel T3i

My main camera is the Canon EOS 600D. I think it's a good choice for amateurs, while it provides a really good device for a good price.

I particularly love the user-friendly interface, and the articulated screen.

Canon EOS M

This lightweight hybrid camera is a must have when it comes to secondary camera. It provides all the DSLR capabilities in a very small and convenient format.

Polyvalence: Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM | C

My preferred lens is the Sigma 17-70 Contemporary. It is a very good polyvalent lens, with a great value for money. It is mounted on my Canon EOS 600D almost all the time.

Portrait: Canon EF 50mm F1.8 II review

When it comes to portrait and inside photography, the Canon 50mm is a must have. It is one of the cheapest lens ever, but no doubt every Canon DSLR owner should have one in the pocket!
